If you are interested in accessing a TimeBank service, but are not quite sure what to do, here is a quick overview of how to receive a service from other members of the TimeBank.

You can access the web based software under the TimeBank tab above and follow the log in and exchange directions or you can contact the Tompkins County TimeBank (607-277-5254) and let the staff know what service you would like to receive and when.

The TimeBank Coordinator will match you with another member who is willing to provide the service you are interested in receiving.

Choose a date and time that you both agree on to have the work done.

Be there and available on the day agreed upon if it is necessary for you to be there when the exchange is occurring.

Report your satisfaction or concerns as soon as possible to the Tompkins County TimeBank office.
